Track Your Order
To track your order the seller must provide the order tracking number.
They will generally provide this by adding it to PayPal and/or your Scuphed order.
Tracking Your Order Through PayPal
The seller of your sneakers should have added a tracking number to the PayPal transaction within 5 days of sale. If the seller did this, you should have received an email from PayPal with the carrier and tracking number. Using this info simply go to the shipping carrier’s website and input the tracking number to track your order.
Alternatively, you can login to your PayPal account that you made the purchase with, go under “Activities”, then find the purchase and select it to see more details. Under “Track Your Shipment” you will see your tracking number along with the name of the carrier. Using this info simply go to the shipping carrier website and input the tracking number to track your order.
Tracking Your Order Through Parcelsapp.com
Simply go to parcelsapp.com and enter your tracking number and you will be presented with the tracking info for your package.
