To cancel your subscription simply click the blue text link below to go to the dashboard subcriptions page, then click the “Cancel” button at the top of the page. Your subscription will continue until the end date, and will not renew. Alternatively, you can simply cancel the subscription’s recurring payment within your PayPal account (this may cancel your subscription immediately instead of at the end date).
You need a subscription to be a seller, so you will need to select the free Basic Subscription after cancelling your paid subscription. If you cancel your paid subscription before the end date, you will continue to have your increased listing image limit until the paid subscription end date. Upon the end date arriving you will then have to select the free Basic Subscription to continue to create and edit listings. However if you do not mind losing your increased listing image limit before the subscription end date, you may select the free Basic Subscription immediately after cancelling your paid subscription.
