If you do not sell a pair of sneakers or use any of your entries within 30 days of your subscription purchase (ie. if you still have the same amount or more entries than you received through your subscription purchase), you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a refund simply contact our support team here, and once approved you will receive a full refund to the same payment method you used to purchase the subscription.
