How To Refund OR Cancel A Sale/Order

Cancelling An Order:

IN THE EVENT THAT HAVE NOT SHIPPED YOUR SNEAKERS YET AND YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER, YOU MAY CANCEL THE ORDER BY DOING THE FOLLOWING:

HEAD OVER TO YOUR SELLER DASHBOARD, GO TO ORDERS, AND SELECT THE ORDER YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL. AT THE TOP OF THE ORDER DETAILS PAGE, ON THE “ORDER STATUS” DROPDOWN, SELECT “CANCELLED” FROM THE DROPDOWN.

THEN GO TO PAYPAL, AND LOGIN TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. HEAD OVER TO THE PAYMENT YOU RECEIVED FOR THAT ORDER AND SELECT “REFUND PAYMENT”.

THE ORDER IS NOW SUCCESSFULLY CANCELED.

Refunding An Order:

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVE SHIPPED THE SNEAKERS, BUT YOU REACH AN AGREEMENT WITH THE BUYER TO REFUND THE ORDER, YOU MAY REFUND BY DOING THE FOLLOWING:

HEAD OVER TO YOUR SELLER DASHBOARD, GO TO ORDERS, AND SELECT THE ORDER YOU WOULD LIKE TO REFUND. AT THE TOP OF THE ORDER DETAILS PAGE, ON THE “ORDER STATUS” DROPDOWN, SELECT “REFUNDED” FROM THE DROPDOWN.

THEN GO TO PAYPAL, AND LOGIN TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. HEAD OVER TO THE PAYMENT YOU RECEIVED FOR THAT ORDER AND SELECT “REFUND PAYMENT”.

THE ORDER IS NOW SUCCESSFULLY REFUNDED.
